1. Who we are

This website (www.skyvoltfpv.com) is operated by Skyvolt Technology Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of FPV drone platforms and components. Our registered / business address is R803, Floor 8, Building B, Guanghao International Center, Zhongmei Road, Longhua, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. 2. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect your name, email address, telephone / WhatsApp number, company name, country, product interest and the content of your message. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting server records standard technical logs: IP address, browser type and version, the pages requested, the referring page and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics information. Where analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device type). This uses cookies — see section 6.
• Anti-spam information. Where Cloudflare Turnstile is active on our forms, Cloudflare processes technical signals about your browser to verify that the submission is made by a human. Turnstile does not use advertising cookies.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

3. How we use your information

• To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations, samples and technical proposals.
• To communicate with you about OEM/ODM projects, orders, shipping and after-sales support.
• To send you commercial emails you have asked for (for example product updates or price lists). Every such email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honoured immediately.
• To protect the website against spam, abuse and fraudulent submissions.
• To measure and improve the content and performance of the website.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Legal bases (EEA / UK visitors)

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on: consent (analytics cookies, marketing email), legitimate interests (answering enquiries, securing the website), and performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (quotations and orders).

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as needed:

• Web hosting provider — stores the website and its databases (servers in Hong Kong).
• Email service provider — transmits and stores our business email and newsletters.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website usage statistics (property G-QQSFVRRVVZ).
• Cloudflare — only if Turnstile bot-protection is active on our forms.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose.

Some of these providers process data outside your country (including the United States). Where required, the transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent legal safeguard.

6. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This site uses them only for the purposes below.

Analytics cookies are optional. You can accept or reject them in the banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link (also present in the footer). You can additionally block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking optional cookies does not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.

7. How long we keep information

• Enquiry and quotation records: up to 3 years after the last contact, so we can pick up an enquiry later.
• Customer and order records: as long as the business relationship lasts, plus the period required by tax and accounting law.
• Email unsubscribe records: kept indefinitely, because we must remember not to email you again.
• Server logs and analytics data: retained according to our hosting and analytics retention settings (typically up to 14 months).

8. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, ask for a portable copy, or withdraw any consent you have given. California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what is collected and to opt out of sale — we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email Support@skyvoltfpv.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

9. How we protect information

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to our administrative systems is password-protected and limited to staff who need it. Databases are reachable only from the server. We keep the software patched and review access regularly. No online transmission can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we take these measures to protect the information you send us.

10. Third-party links

Our pages link to external sites (for example social media or data sheets). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies separately.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The “last updated” date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
