Skyvolt Technology Co., Ltd. — based in Shenzhen, the heart of the world's drone supply chain. We design, machine, assemble and test every platform we ship.

Who We Are

A Decade of Building Fast, Far-Flying Machines

Founded by FPV pilots and embedded-systems engineers, SkyvoltFPV grew from a small racing-team workshop into a full-line manufacturer serving industrial, agricultural, security and cinematic customers worldwide.

Today our 3,000 m² Shenzhen facility integrates R&D lab, carbon fiber workshop, CNC machining, SMT line, clean assembly bays and a dedicated flight-test field. Every drone we ship is built, flashed, calibrated and flown by our own engineers — never a third party.

What Happens Inside Our Factory

Four tightly-linked stages take your design — or ours — from CAD file to flight-ready product.

1 · Design & Engineering

Airframe CAD, stack schematic design, antenna RF tuning and firmware configuration. 3D-printed prototypes within 72 hours.

2 · Carbon & CNC

In-house 3K/UD carbon layup, autoclave curing and precision CNC finishing for frames, arms and gimbal plates.

3 · Assembly & Calibration

ESD-safe benches, torque-controlled assembly, motor pairing and PID calibration recorded against each serial number.

4 · Flight Test & Packing

Every unit flies a scripted mission: hover, full-throttle, range and payload checks. Foam-packed with accessories and documentation.
